  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the White Wine Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 1/2 cup dry white wine

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Additional Ingredients:

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Seafood Filling

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Stir in shrimp, cooking for 2-3 minutes until pink.

  4. Spread half of the ricotta mixture, then half of the seafood filling.

  5. Drizzle with 1/3 of the remaining white sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella.

  6. Repeat layers: noodles, remaining ricotta, remaining seafoodsauce, and cheese.

  7. Top with the last 3 noodles, remaining white saucemozzarella, and Parmesan.

Step 5: Bake & Serve

  1. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

  2. Remove foil and bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  3. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.

  4. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
