Ingredients

  • 16 oz (453g) semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 12 oz (340g) milk chocolate chips

  • 24 oz (680g) dry roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted)

  • 4 oz (113g) peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

  • Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract or sea salt for topping

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crockpot

  1. Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray or line it with a slow cooker liner for easy cleanup.

Step 2: Layer Ingredients

  1. Add chocolates – Pour the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips into the crockpot.

  2. Add peanut butter – Spoon the peanut butter on top of the chocolate chips.

  3. Set to LOW – Cover and cook on LOW heat for 1 hour. Do not stir yet.

Step 3: Stir in Peanuts

  1. After 1 hour, stir the mixture until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

  2. Fold in peanuts – Add the dry roasted peanuts and mix until fully coated.

Step 4: Form Clusters

  1. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper or wax paper (about 1-2 tablespoons per cluster).

  2. Optional: Sprinkle with sea salt or extra peanuts for garnish.

Step 5: Cool & Set

  1. Let cool at room temperature for 1-2 hours or refrigerate for 30 minutes to harden faster.

  2. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
